Our History

Terrain Group Inc. was founded on the merging of two leading Atlantic Canadian companies—Wallace Macdonald and Lively, Ltd. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and Key Surveys & Engineering Limited, of Moncton, New Brunswick—each with over 30 years experience delivering effective, practical solutions to clients. Since 1973 and 1967, respectively, both have played prominent roles in the shaping of communities and municipalities within the Atlantic region.

Today, as Terrain Group, our amalgamated team consists of more than 150 experienced staff members from offices located in Dartmouth, Moncton, Saint John and Edmonton.
