Gold Ridge Subdivision

Project Description
This project was a “country estate lot” subdivision for single-family residences in the Waverley area. Each lot was serviced with municipal water, and with on-site septic systems designed for each lot. The project encompassed a 66-acre site with mature trees, and the final design included 29 lots. Terrain Group and Brison Developments worked with Halifax Regional Municipality Parks and Recreation to develop a parkland complete with walking trails and a gazebo.

Services Provided
Terrain provided topographical and legal survey services, along with detailed engineering of the streets and water system. Terrain’s staff liaised with approval agencies to gain approvals for construction of the streets and water system. The scope of work also included full-time inspection and the certification package for the project.
