The Fairways, a 160-unit residential golf course community located in Riverview, NB, will be opened up on a 63-acre (25-hectare) property adjoining The Moncton Golf and Country Club. The property stretches from the southern tip of the 18-hole golf course to the planned location of Riverview’s east-west corridor. The majority of the housing proposed for the development will be for single-family dwellings, which will involve larger homes. However, some lots have been designated for smaller bungalows. The remaining units will be townhouses that will be built in a cluster in a cul-de-sac near the proposed east-west corridor. The golf course will be decommissioning 2 holes and constructing 2 new holes within the new community to replace them.

Services Provided
Surveying services include boundary surveys, infrastructure location surveys, and topographical and layout surveys. Engineering services include conceptual site servicing design, design reports, downstream capacity assessment of the receiving sanitary system, storm drainage assessments, water distribution analysis, detailed design of the streets and services, and construction contract administration and inspection.
