Project Description
A large commercial site anchored by a large grocery store and a community arena complex provided access frontage for a large undeveloped, wooded site to the rear. Our client acquired the property to create a large scale suburban residential development in support of the adjoining commercial site. The site, located at one end of a major growth area within Halifax Regional Municipality, is served by individual wells and septic fields.

Services Provided
Terrain Group conducted an overall planning process for the entire parcel. The multi-phase development is being developed over a period of years as market demand dictates. Detail engineering design drawings and survey plans are prepared on a phase by phase basis. The drawings include street location and design, septic field design, stormwater master planning, and lot dimensions.
